The project timeline will vary based on the package selected and the responsiveness of communication. The Linear package typically requires up to 7 days for completion, while the Mega package may take approximately 10 days. For a custom website, with timely and consistent communication, the development process generally takes between 10 to 14 days.
We require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% due once you're completely satisfied with your new site. Our pricing is transparent—what you see is what you get. There are no hidden fees or unexpected costs. Any external service integrations costs like Calendly or Acuity Scheduling may charge you a small monthly free to use their services.
As for payment plans (e.g Clearpay or Klarna), we do not offer these yet. We currently accept credit or debit cards, Wix Payments, Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes. When you sign up for your WIX account if you pick either the Core, Business or Business Elite subscription, you can accept payments through your website. When choosing your plan, you can choose to pay monthly or be billed yearly.

Unfortunately no, Alora Design Studios does not offer website redesign services via different platforms, including Shopify storefronts. While we can incorporate your existing content and relevant images, the site would need to be built from scratch to uphold the level of quality and consistency our clients expect.
Our websites all include UNLIMITED revisions at the pre-launch stage. During our process, there are plenty of opportunities for you to ask for revisions, we want you to be fully satisfied with your new website. Please remember that a lot of revisions can and will likely push back the desired launch date. On average, it takes 2-3 rounds of revisions before the client is satisfied.
Once you have launched, depending on the package you've chosen, you get up to 14 days of FREE design revisions*.

Yes, whether it's your booking platform or an Etsy page, all we will require is either the URL, HTML code or Javascript file to integrate external sites.
